I found the costumer agents on the phone very helpful. The equipment was good too. There was a seriuod issue that created hours of extra work for me because the size of uhual we were told would be available was not available the day we had booked it for. I do not believe it is right to tell costumers they have a size of uhual reserved and they plan accordingly, and then to give it to someone else. I would like to be able to use uhaul in the future, but I would like to know that will not happen again. I also respectfully ask that uhual would also look into the situation at our pickup in the uhaul location in Morse Manitoba. They person helping with pickup did not seem to have been trained. And our friend who had already driven about 5 hours to get the uhual, had to wait another 1 and a half or 2 before he could leave. We really appreciate if they issues could be fixed for future consumers. Thank you

The people were great o deal with Issues: Original order was for pickup in Morden/Winkler but U=Hail was not able to accommodate my preferred pickup spot Trailer had debris and leftovers from previous user
