Noe VTook the truck there guy was outside immediately where inspection was conducted, I had cleaned out the trailer and folded the blankets ... He did his review gone in less than two minutes with walk around with 85 miles to spare on it from price. Hand shake and omw. It was too easy!
Raymond SSomething different with the milage. Not everyone knows what the distance is between their destinations. Maybe give them 100 miles to start with, and anything over that they pay for. I feel that the customer would be less stressed about renting a vehicle they need if they didn't have to worry about that as well. Because most people are on fixed incomes, and having to figure milage on top of everything else may cause them to over pack what they've rented, and it could become an accident waiting to happen because safety goes right out the window. Trucks could be driven with the gate staying up, and items being tied off just to get that extra room and hope you stay within your milage cause that's one less trip to make, but potential hazards in the long run with serious injuries, damaged equipment, or even cause a death someone all not good things. Less stress on the driver means a more peaceful and efficient trip for you and your customer. One less distraction for your driver's. That's just my opinion on what you could do better for your customers.
