Never received a copy of my final bill once returned. It was a weekend and nobody was there at drop off so I expected an updated receipt emailed to me since mileage was different. Otherwise people were very nice and it was a beautiful building.

DENNIS EYour online reservation has not changed in 40 years it was terrible then and it still is. It shows product available at the local dealer and lets you make the reservation when the product actually is not available. This makes the local dealer look like the bad guy when it is not their fault, but it is U-Hauls. It has been this way forever. I know from past dealings with U-Haul that you do not care about your local dealers. You will just move on to abuse the next small local business when this one gives up and throws in the towel.
Ronald RNeed place to securely hold phone on place. Was using mine for directions and it slid off console and down into step for door. Couldn't track without pulling over on BUSY highway.

RYAN Mi had to pay extra for gas that was 40 minuttes out of my way. I still have not received my deposit yet either. I am not happy with the Alpine office at all because they did not have my reservation, I paid $282 plus $30 in gas. it was very expensive.

MIKE MLet me leave with no trailer lights so I had to call road side service and took us an extra 4 hours to get to our new location because of it. Got pulled over because of no trailer lights but luckily they gave me a warning. On top of all that the engine had a squeaky belt which was annoying for a two hour drive.

This has been something that has bothered my husband and I since then. We weren't even going to rent from uhaul again. My husband is still very upset about it. He feels like we were taken advantage of very badly and I think he's right. Thanks for your time in this matter. We weren't sure who to even call about this matter. MARCUS WOnly issues I had was not receiving the pick up code in order to access the keys. I had to call U-Haul customer service, but they were able to give me the code quickly!
Elise ETwo tires were low on air. I needed to stop to fill them twice.
trevin aLocation wasn’t fully setup for service. I rented furniture blankets, and the location hadn’t received them yet. I was in a hurry, and they were unable to take them off my bill promptly. They were trying, however, I suggested just billing me for them because my time was more important. This might be a bigger deal to the next person.
