The business wasn't open at my scheduled pick up time. I didn't get my rental until 45 minutes to an hour later. Customer service told me to ask to be compensated for my time with the business. He mumbled something and did not compensate me but told me to ask for it upon my return. I was late meeting the movers who I hired to help me due to the delay.
