I reserved my Uhaul 2 days prior to pick up in Dyersburg TN. Then had to drive another 60 miles round trip to pick it up. Was very upset that every where I went said we don't have a reservation for you.

Truck was not clean in cab or box. Dolly was not in there. I turned it back in by the app and did not receive my $20 back like I was told I would. App would not let me upload photos to show damage to right rear before I took it, or the trash everywhere. Tank should have been full. Bad experience completely

The truck was on empty when I got it. Put gas in and was charge for gas. Up on return they did not look at it to inspect it and charge my account more. Believe I was over charge second time.

Premier furniture was a nightmare. I have never dealt with a person so rude as Sally. Keys where locked in the vehicle and the other one would not crank. I was told it wasn't her problem. Ronnie at uhaul was wonderful. He worked with me till we got one. I was moving furniture for son that is in the Army. Turning it back it was great. The man in Kansas was a really nice guy. I appreciate Ronnie and the guy in Kansas for their understanding and help. Will not use uhaul if I have to use Premier Furniture again. 30 minutes turned into a 2.5 hour nightmare.

I wouldn't recommend U-Haul... period. The truck was not clean, there was less fuel than stated. I had to go out of my way and pick up a day early, was told we'd get it free fora day and was still over charged. Just a bad experience overall. When people move.

My trailer I rented wasn't acceptable at all. Both fenders were broken and had to fix them myself. The trailer lights didn't work so I had to go and buy $50 worth of trailer lights to be able to pull the trailer to it's destination. Overall I'm very unsatisfied with the experience.

I informed the lady checking us out that the fuel was at 16 miles to empty. She put my return fuel to be at 1/4 of a tank. Told me I wouldn't get charged for it being over. But I am supposed to put out the extra $20 to put it at 1/4 tank when I picked it up with less than a 1/16th. Not very courteous.

Having not wait till 10:00 A.M to be able to pick up your truck when you're paying someone by the hour to help you would be an improvement. Also don't know whether it was the computer or the one that was work in the computer but when you're supposed to pick it up at 10 and don't get out of there until 20 minutes till 11 because of computer problems or not knowing what we're doing would be an improvement. But drop off was rather smooth. Also picking up the truck I'm thinking you had a full tank of gas would be helpful. Wasn't even on a quarter of a tank of gas. Not sure how much the truck got mph we filled the truck with gas. Returning the truck gas gage reading just off the 3/4 tank of gas.

My experience with this move was a living nightmare! The reservation was not honored on time, the location did not have the components of the reservation, and I had to wait for the truck to be brought from a location over an hour away. The sign said that my reservation would be on time, right equipment or I would be paid $50.00. I want you to honor that promise asap!!!

windshield wipers were bad. used cigarette butts in ashtray. truck smelled. billed extra after returning truck before time scheduled. probably will not use u haul again.

The brake lights did not work on the first unit we were given. Got a different one and halfway to our destination the left hand blinker stopped working making it very difficult to merge or switch landed in traffic.

Lady's were very helpful, however, uhaul makes it very hard to rent a car tower due to there computer system telling the worker it's not recommended to tow! I should not be denied a tow trailer!

I feel like I was ripped off. I only needed the trailer for one day but the worker told me that the computer was not letting her rent it to me for a single day that I had to pay for two. The lady was friendly about it but I don't understand why I could not rent the trailer for one day only. I am going to be needing a trailer more in the near future and I am already exploring other options because this.

There was a lot of confusion going on.The computers were down and our pick up place was at another place which the truck was not there st all. The contract was given to us it was in French we didnt know where to drop the truck off or what time the place closed, it was a mess. We were 4 hrs late getting started but they were good about that they gave us another day, just i had to take off work so we could finish.the next day.

93.00 is too much for less than four hours...The store owners talked to each other in front of me...accusing me of possibly denting the van...I had no issues with van. When they finally figured that I did not...then they said, you're good to go. This was after taking way too much time and making me feel like they were setting me up to pay for something I did not do. They should check the van with customer before giving to customer. Then when the transaction was done, the owner was dry and treated me as if she did not need my business. Very rude and condescending

The agreement that I had made over the phone was not ready when I arrived to pick up the truck the next day. The rates were listed differently and none of the information that I gave over the phone was on file. I pretty much has to do the rental information twice. Since I had to use by lunch hour to get this done it was a bit of a frustration.

First of all check the oil ,water level and all the gages... My truck broke down about 15 minutes into my drive to my location..(the truck overheated and all the antifreeze shot out). I set on the side of the road for hours before the first wrecker came...( the guys looked at the truck and said the would have to take the drive shaft out to be towed)then they had no equipment to get me off of the side of the road...so a second wrecker was called..still sitting on the side of the road with my two paid movers..who were still on the clock may I add..My move was supposed to be from Union City TN to Jackson TN..after yet another hour the second wrecker comes ( the driver said nothing to me..hooked up the Uhaul Truck and preceded to tow the truck...which the Uhaul dispatcher said was suppose to be towed to Jackson TN .the tow truck towed me back to Union City...where I had to wait yet another hour and a half before they towed me to Jackson TN..at that time my paid help had to go to another job...I list $150.00 that day...the wrecker arrived at my Jackson house around seven pm..(the truck was dropped on the curb side..I had to carry my contents from the curbside )I had no help to unload the truck ...so I had to pay yet another $150.00 on Friday to get help unloading the Uhaul..I was very disappointed with my service and the manner in which this had been handled...

The location we rented from was a complete disaster. First the uhaul was rented out from under us and we didn't know this till we came to pick it up and the women whom I had talked to the day before to confirm it was completely unable to perform any transaction at all due to not knowing what she was doing. Finally was able to convince another customer over the phone to bring their uhaul back by 7 a.m the following morning so that we could have one. We came to pick up the uhaul the following morning at 7 and again the same lady we has been dealing with had no clue what she was doing. Fifty minutes later we were able to leave the store with our uhaul. When we returned it we calculated our miles which was 16 over our estimated number and made sure the gas was exactly where it was when we used it which was 1/4 of tank. Today our account was debited over $60.00 for 16 miles. I called the store talked to the same lady and she has no idea what she is doing. Finally I was able to talk to the store owner yet was still unable to get a clear answer other than apparently your being charged for gas. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone do to the service I recently received and believe that the business we rented from should not be allowed to represent your company.

Although the truck was clean when we picked it up, and this location was great - the truck itself proved faulty. Water leaked through the bottom and sides of the truck, during heavy rains, damaging our cargo. I am trying to get compensated through the "safe move" insurance purchased, and they are proving reluctant...we will see what happens...
