I was suppose to pick up the car trailer at West Market St at Monarch. When I got there they started to take my information and they went to get the trailer. There was something wrong and they couldn't issue the trailer. They found one on Gate City Blvd. I gave them the information. The next morning I left for Jacksonville Fl, on my way I got a phone call from Uhaul telling I hadn't return the trailer that morning. I informed him about what happened and he said Ok, so I continue to Jacksonville. When I got there I return the Trailer. They told me I was late and charged 30.00 late fee. Uhaul like everyone you deal with don't listen now a days. This problem came up around 9.00 in the morning, and no one did anything about it. When I tried to talk to anyone about it, they ignored me and charged me late fee. They don't call anyone if they have a problem if they don't have an answer. By the way no one told me my original contract was canceled.Mark B.

Clearance Morehead's customer service was impeccable. He made me feel like I was the only customer. Gave all the information I needed to operate the uhaul. The staff here was super friendly as well. Update your vans to ones with shocks and working suspension, transmissions that shift. Clean them regularly so that customers and their cargo don't get dirty. When customers rent equipment, include it in the van.MARTHA T.

This was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend your online services to anyone. I was told I needed 2nd person was required for me to rent the van, ONLY at the time I showed up to pick up the van. This delayed me. What was this for? Why do you need this when you have my driver's license and my credit card? This is something I have never done before, and I will not use the website again if this continues. Further, I was not provided with the blankets, or dolly I paid for. I was told this was a curtesy. That is unacceptable, if someone is moving, they need the equipment. How can we rely on this if this is not guaranteed to be there? Finally, i was forced to park off site. In someone else's lot. That is unacceptable. Did the owner of THAT lot give Premiere Services the right to park cars there? If my car was towed, whose responsibility is this? I will never use Premiere Services again. If I rent from U-Haul, it will be only from your U-Haul specific locations and not the website. . How can we rely on this if this is not guarentied. Again, I will not sue your website again as long as this is not guarrentied. Finally, i was forced to park off site. In someone else's lot. That is unacceptable.
