We picked up the unit after hours. The lockbox lock wasnt cooperating and we struggled for a bit before finally getting it. It was also very dark and hard to see the outside of the vehicle for any dents/scratches, etc.
PHILLIP NAUAfter making our reservation and going ro the rental location, I was informed that they did not have the truck I reserved I was sent to 4 different locations before I finally got the truck. I rented it for 3 days with 207 miles. Upon returning the truck the guy said everything was all good. At some point my rental agreement was changed, not by me. The new agreement stated 188 miles and Uhaul then charged me again. When I called customer support to find out why I was charged again the said because I went over my miles and there is no record of the change. I will never use uhaul again as the can apparently rob someone and get away with it
