The inside of the location had an overpowering chemical odor as soon as you walk in. The female employee I worked with when I picked up the truck was very pleasant to work with. When I returned the truck, it was a different male employee who didn’t say much and almost seemed bothered to assist. On top of all this, they gave me the truck with 3/4th tank of gas and I returned it nearly full. They also attempted to charge me for nearly 20 miles extra than what the odometer read. I would NOT recommend this location and I will be reporting this to the BBB as well as speaking to my attorney. If they tried with me, who knows how many people they have ripped off in the past. I highly recommend and audit if this location before UHaul gets sued.
Albert HWe picked up the unit after hours. The lockbox lock wasnt cooperating and we struggled for a bit before finally getting it. It was also very dark and hard to see the outside of the vehicle for any dents/scratches, etc.
PHILLIP NAfter making our reservation and going ro the rental location, I was informed that they did not have the truck I reserved I was sent to 4 different locations before I finally got the truck. I rented it for 3 days with 207 miles. Upon returning the truck the guy said everything was all good. At some point my rental agreement was changed, not by me. The new agreement stated 188 miles and Uhaul then charged me again. When I called customer support to find out why I was charged again the said because I went over my miles and there is no record of the change. I will never use uhaul again as the can apparently rob someone and get away with it
