I was told one thing on the phone of the cost and he said just come on down which should have been lower and it should have been what he said and he's like just come down once I got there the gentleman wasn't there I had to wait and for him and then he was trying to hustle me for an extra thousand plus and being a real dick no it was not clean none of that U-Hauls have been clean I have cleaned them but they have not been cleaned you need professionalism and not trying to hustle people I've been through so much crap the only good experiences the Texas move unpacking my truck otherwise in this this whole experience have been the worst Alex and Roseville she was excellent she kind of helped a lot but as far as the rest even the loaders were horrible the first ones never showed up and the second one was trying to take things and doing drugs not cool I have a lot of my stuff broken been overcharged and really treated like garbage my sister's moving out here and I'm sure her kids will be and you know I can't she seen the whole thing I guess people need to be trained professionally and understand drugs aren't okay but dirty truck is not okay and don't lie that's one thing I can't stand you have to be transparent so when I came to pick up this truck off of Auburn that guy was just I had to wait for him to come around and then he started lying and it was a bunch of bullshit I'm very disappointed

I needed a car hauler and local spot was closed. Called uhaul and the sweetest and most sincerely helpful lady found what I needed, juggled around a change in return location the next day, and made us feel like we had a personal representative retained by us, working directly for us at uhaul HQ. Pretty legit.

Well they said we picked it up at 230 which was impossible cause my boyfriend didn't get off till 4 so it was around 420. We wanted a 20 foot but they gave us a 26 foot and said they upgraded us. That's not a upgrade it's a inconvenience cause it was to big. They said we were short on gas when we returned it but we took a picture of gas gage before we drove off. They charged my card more money for gas. Also hired two movers to unload the truck but they never showed up.

Picking it up was easy however I was charged almost 200 bucks actually it was a hold on my card then after dropping it off I was charged almost 400 dollars and told I would have to call my card account to get the hold released but now it's 2 weeks later and I still haven't received my money back on my card when it's crucial I have it due to not having housing right now but neither places can tell me anything which I find very unprofessional someone should know something at least meanwhile I'm staying at a friend's with no gas, no food or anyway to pay my way because every penny I had went to uhaul.

The location is nearly impossible to find — even with the address. The manager was very considerate and professional. We got our truck quickly and easily.

The location was supposed to have after hour drop off (they did not) they were already closed. The parking for the truck was terrible Had to be parallel parked wit sheds and other stuff in front and behind. The person there did not speak English, we had trouble use hand singles. As soon as we pulled out he immediately locked the fence. Had we been 5 minutes later we would not have been able to return the truck.

Holding money from my bank account when they already took out thr correct amount. Now I can feed anyone because they're holding $399 from me. When everything is already paid off. Fuck you guys. They have the worst service ever. And lying to us saying * a customer * is mad because the truck isn't here. There's a TONSSS of trucks!!! In other lotions.

When I called to verify drop off, no answer and voicemail was full. Called 2 days later when they were open and guy said keys weren’t in mail box and told me uhaul was missing. Sent me into a panic. Turns out it got moved by uhaul employee. Never got reimbursement for dolly charge.

Make sure the U-Hauls are serviced correctly and properly so that they don't have flashing oil flights don't blow a piston when you are moving and get stuck on the side of the freeway. Make sure the inside of the cab has been swept and doesn't have dirt and leafy debris all over the place.
