The location is nearly impossible to find — even with the address. The manager was very considerate and professional. We got our truck quickly and easily.
Paul BThe location was supposed to have after hour drop off (they did not) they were already closed. The parking for the truck was terrible Had to be parallel parked wit sheds and other stuff in front and behind. The person there did not speak English, we had trouble use hand singles. As soon as we pulled out he immediately locked the fence. Had we been 5 minutes later we would not have been able to return the truck.

Delana LWhen I called to verify drop off, no answer and voicemail was full. Called 2 days later when they were open and guy said keys weren’t in mail box and told me uhaul was missing. Sent me into a panic. Turns out it got moved by uhaul employee. Never got reimbursement for dolly charge.

Jerry HMake sure the U-Hauls are serviced correctly and properly so that they don't have flashing oil flights don't blow a piston when you are moving and get stuck on the side of the freeway. Make sure the inside of the cab has been swept and doesn't have dirt and leafy debris all over the place.
