There is or was no one at this location at the time of drop off. the only way to make contact was by cell phone. no one ever told me the truck had to be returned full of fuel and i never gave it a thought as i picked up the truck a little over a 1/4 full of fuel. this is unacceptable that i should be charged for fuel after being set back for several hours because what we ordered was not on site and we had to wait an hour past pickup time to be able to pick up the rental truck. the fact that there was no speed pass assigned to the truck is unacceptable and i should not be charged for that toll issue. very unhappy about the rental experience.

It's located at a child care, customers are not allowed inside, upon arrival you are given a phone number to call to pick up the U-Haul, then waiting for the person to arrive. Debit card is taken inside child care facility & customer isn't allowed inside to see what goes on with debit card, no paperwork was presented. Upon returning the U-Haul no one is there, no answer on the phone, I felt like I needed to protect myself by videoing the condition of the truck when I returned it. I was argued with about the price I seen online when I reserved the truck, then it was 2 days before I received an email receipt being charged a good bit more than expected. I will never use this place again. I will go to Jack Patrick from now on where everything is clear & in writing.
Erin BFix your app it is not Android compatible. Took 40mins to pick and drop off had end up using an iPhone instead. Uhaul seemed liked it was on its last leg and was super rusty. I'm surprised it made the trip there and back

See TI rented the U-Haul in a part of town that didn't have a person present. I didn't have the app downloaded, which took awhile and then had send over all of my information to the customer service rep on the phone. I did not like having to do it that way. I should have been told to have the app already downloaded before picking it up. It may have save some time. Not being able to accept my driver's license info was also a pain. It all ended working out, after tons of trial and errors. Glad the guy stayed on the phone with me. When I drop it off in Smyrna, GA, I was able to speak to a few of the reps there. They were very pleasant.
