Slow process to get keys for the vehicle. Requested equipment was not in truck, nor any instructions on where to find (finally found at auto shop, although was initially told not to bother anyone at the auto shop). Was charged for extra services/fees I didn't sign up for (ended ub being $600 for a 4-hour rental just to move 4 desks and 4 chairs).

Problems with the app. Not clear where the office was. Gave me wrong keys. Hassle about parking my car there for 2 hours. Cranky people. Took a half hour to get truck. Returning, they were unable to check me in and give a receipt. They took the key and said they'd take care of it. Received an email with receipt hours later.

Jesus GThe only issue was that the rental equipment that I originally wanted to rent (appliance dolly) was not available, they had an alternative (a smaller dolly) which I took, but it did not do the best job. I'd appreciate it if U-Haul would partner with their locations to be sure all equipment rental availability is up to date. It would avoid any hassle.

Heather RThe location itself was okay. Dealing with Uhaul was frustrating every step of the way. We arrived more than one hour after scheduled pick up so we were no longer able to pick up the vehicle without contacting customer service. I'm not sure why that's the case after it was already reserved for a 24 hour period. Then even though we followed the lockbox instructions the lock box wouldn't open, eventually it opened on a fluke after we messed with it and we're on the phone again with support. This was the third time we contacted support, because the second time my call appeared to be transferred in the middle of the call and I got an automated voice and had to start over. Then the next thing to go wrong during pick up was that the menu on the app disappeared, thankfully I begged the support person to stay on the line with me and they were able to text me a link to take pictures of the uhaul. There is no way I would ever recommend uhaul to anyone anymore if you have any other option near you.
