Refused to accept the trailer at first. I put up a stiff resistance and after a lengthy discussion, was allowed to leave it. I have no idea why the refusal happened. I dropped the trailer, parked in line with other units, without assistance. I was not offered a receipt or other documentation, but was given a time stamped cash register receipt when I asked for some evidence that I returned the trailer. I did receive an email days later indicating a returned the trailer on Wednesday at 10:30 in the morning. I was charged for the late return, even though I actually returned the trailer on Tuesday.

First reservation was in Oshkosh, the trailers lights weren’t working so they had to send me to Neenah on a new reservation and that trailer in the middle of the trip lights stopped working as well My movers were waiting and had to leave so I and my sister in law were left do it ourselves This whole fiasco made us late leaving by 3 hours Overall VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED

Dale NJust be prepared to hook it up by yourself and unhook it by yourself. It was an easy process and staff will help you lift it but they don’t know how it hooks up.
