OMAR GTruck was clean, low mileage but for those over 50+, it was a bit difficult on Sunday because we had to do it online.

DUDONIA TI was able to get what I needed plus is less than a mile away from my home. But is a one person operation trying to do too many things including personal calls so the service is very slow. I work with other stations handled by owners and the service is at another level.
Nestor AI was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my first time renting at the self pick location. The reasons first I showed up at the locationat 9:50 a.m, in front of the property and no signage on the door saying where to pick up the truck. Second I called the customer service to tell nd ask them, I am in front of the property to pickup the rental van and the property is close and I don't see any van around for me to pick up. The agent said some property have the vans in the back of the property and that I need to use the app to do the pickup. So I went to the back and saw the one van there I requested, and my son helped me to do the process on the app. We input the info they were asking me for and, it said "please wait for approval " So we wanted 10mins and nothing, I called again the customer service,to let them know I input all my info in the app and it saying " please wait for approval " the agent transfer me to another agent who can look into why it's taking so long, I wanted another 10 mins to hear from someone, and then my son saw at 1025 they appeared the info and sent use the code to get the key from the back of the truck. I saw from inside of my van, the rental that passager window was down half way and when we did get the keys out the truck it was 10:30am. When Ai opened the van door it was a ton of Mosquitoes inside of the van, the inside had trash of trash of food and trash bags of other trash stuff behind of both seats. I told my son,this is not right at all. When my son ask me to read the miles so he can input the info into the app. I was that the Gas tank light was on and the gage was on empty!! I told what empty!! It was 10:50 am after we finished with input the moles and taking the pictures of the van, that we had to go to the nearby gas station to fill up the van. The Mosquitoes was eating me alive and the trash in the van, the smell was very unhealthy and gross. I told my son and showed him the bags of trash of rotten food in a bag of tray I found stuff behind the passenger set and the driver seat have bags of trash of other things. I tossed both out at the gas station, and I had to blast the AC and put the windows down to let the Mosquitoes of before I was able to drive the van to start my day... this was the most stressful and unhealthy and unpleasant rental I done. And they were expecting me to fill the tank back up to the half and to bring it back at 2pm when I was given an empty,late and unsanitary rental. I need to speak with management about this ASAP!! I had to pay full payment of that they took, after that ordeal, is unacceptable and I would like a reimbursement for some of what I went through from the beginning to end!! Will. E following up with the property management on Wednesday my day off, to hear, If this is acceptable standards for rental at this location?

MARIO HIt took us two hours to get the key. The 1-800-Uhaul rep was not helpful at all. 3 times I was disconnected. The app was a nightmare it did not let me scan my IDs. Horrible experience!

Yeniffer PWithin the first few miles the back tires exploded and the others were baled. Extremely dangerous conditions to rent a truck with the rates they charge. I spent my whole day waiting for roadside assistance to change both tires but they only arrived with 1. I had to drive (with baled tires) all the way north to a uhaul location where they took a tire off another uhaul to replace my baled one. What was supposed to be an hour move turned into a 7 hour mission because of poor conditions of the truck.

micheael sPersonel are not well trained, ,they don't know about what the insurance covers.Truck smelled bad and dirty.
RENE GThe Uhaul had a code type lock on it, and no one gave me the code. I brought the truck home with the intention of moving some cabinets that evening and returning it the same night. No one at the location picks up the phone. I did call the UHaul main number and tried for over an hour to get the truck open with various codes they gave but none worked. Without the code the box was useless that day, and gad to go physically to the location the next day for the code (since they do not answer phone). I kept it the next day to move the cabinets and THEY CHARGED ME FOR EXTRA TIME even though it was their fault I had a useless truck overnight. For that I will use a different rental truck company from now on. Terrible experience.
Karma HGood afternoon I just received your email, I’m wondering why I was charged over 64 $65 on my Apple credit card for U-Haul that I had for less than an hour I believe I took it down less than a mile. I brought it back and I’m seeing two charges on there pending please contact me at 305-401-5675 Henry Dye I’m going to put a claim with my credit card company because this is not right

RAUL JVery nice and professional front desk young lady and a young man who helped me with the reservation. The truck was cleaned, and equipped, and had no trouble at the time of returning it.
Dania FI checked in online the night before and next day they started making new verifications when I went to pick up the truck. This was inconvenient due to the fact that I had limited time with the truck. Also had a hard time trying to open de lock box. I lost almost 1 hour with the whole process.
Alejandro VLocation perfect nice and clean service was good but the office is short in staff only one employee\ cannot take all byhimself. Need urgent another assistant, cause is a busy traffic and great location
Oscar MThe kid was was 15 minutes late to open the location. Whem I called him and asked him if the location was going to be open that day, he said " the deal is, I am running late" then he hung up the phone. On top of that, I had to wait another 30 minutes because he was having computer problem and phone problems, to the point I didn't want to wait any more and had to do everything through my cellphone. So, to be honest, no. I wouldn't recommend at all.
Yoelvis PI scheduled to pick up the truck at 9 AM on 6/26 in a different location, but then I was rebooked by UHAUL at Prime Cargo at 10 AM. When I was at 10 AM the office was closed (they opened at 11 AM on Sat), and this pissed me off since I needed to move out immediately. Also, the truck was not clean enough inside the cabin (too much dust). This is very disgusting.
