Truck was buried in snow and got stuck pulling out of the parking spot. Truck was also covered in about 8 inches of snow. I broke my snow scraper trying to clean the truck myself. Took around 35 minutes to check the truck out and I was the only customer. Check engine light came on after 11 miles. The wipers were horrible and the washer must have been frozen. Had to sop at auto zone to buy a spray bottle and washer fluid and had to pull over several times on the way to clean the windshield. Unsafe and dangerous. On top of that I got charged an extra day when it said I had until Tuesday to return the truck. If I would have know that it was empty Sunday night I would have returned it then. Some district manager names Steve was supposed to contact me but that still has not happened. I did a live chat Reference number 5618400* but have heard nothing.
