Did not even contact me about it or I would have rescheduled until I got right size truck. Did not supply furniture utility dolly either that I ordered. I would have liked to know this before my pick up.
Michelle SAlthough the Uhaul App failed to recognize my reservation, the ladies that manage rentals at this location went above and beyond my expectations to help me. They were friendly, patient, and did not close up for the night until I had exactly what I needed. Thanks, Prime Tool Rental.

Paul EOur confirmed rental was not at the location. We had a confirmation email for our rental that we had placed weeks prior to the pick up date. We were able to get a uhaul but not with the drop off specifics we had arranged in our order. That causes us a huge inconvenience in our move. We had to bring the uhaul back to this location (100 miles away from our original drop off site) and then when we explained we couldn’t have it back to the location by 4pm the following day they wanted to charge us for another days rental even though this was situation was inconveniencing us and was not what we had previously arranged. The uhaul truck itself was filthy, the gas tank was on empty and had a dead battery. The truck has to be jumped in order to leave the rental location. Every time the truck was turned off while we had it, it would not restart without being jumped again which was a real inconvenience and worry in our 100 mile move. Very disappointed in the entire situation. We placed a rental order online with uhaul. We had a confirmation of our rental and on the day we were to pick up the truck it was as if that rental confirmation was irrelevant. The situation did not make our move very pleasant. The ladies at the pick up site were helpful and luckily had a truck on site that we could use … unfortunately it just inconvenienced us with our original move plans that we had arranged.

GREGORY PThe truck I rented drove really bad almost didnt wants to switch into 1st and 2nd gears seems like it needs an oil change or some new spark plugs. Also found 2 marijuana roaches in the cup holder so prolly need to clean them between each renter.

Vivian MI feel like overall the lady that waited on us was super friendly and very personable. but this place is a mess. There is just stuff everywhere. It took awhile for someone to even know I was there. I think the price of taking a uhaul to the next town over is outrageous. It's only a 20 miles difference and I paid triple the amount to do so.
Heather WOrdered furniture dolly and never received it when I picked up truck. Location was closed (Sunday), and unable to have the correct tools for our move.

Allen MNo one came out to make sure I could get hooked up to the trailer. There were two other guys that could have helped. After locating the trailer, I have to hook up to another trailer myself to move it out of the way so that I can get to the trailer I was renting. I still couldn't back right up to it so I had to push it 10-15 feet to get the trailer out so I could hook up to it. One of the guys from inside just stood and watched and offered no help. It wasn't the best experience and had I had the time to go back inside, I would have.

sunshine gI know we rented on a very busy weekend, but I did not receive an email confirmation and had to make several calls to be sure the trailer we rented would be available. I really didn't know for sure that we would have the trailer until about 10 hours before we needed it.
