The gentleman (I believe the owner of the establishment) had the best customer service I've seen in literally a decade!! He was friendly, polite, checked in with me about the rental (I was running late) and just went over and above to make my rental experience a great one. I've moved 5 times in the last 2 years and this was by far my best rental experience. Thank you!!

I ordered 12 blankets. They had none. I also told him where I wanted to drop off the trailer. He told me I could drop it off anywhere. That wasn't true. I found out that not all U Haul dealers take trailers. I had to drive 40 miles away to drop off the trailer.
