Lynn CThe key drop box is a US. Mail box and there is only a sign on one side saying keys go in there, so that was a little frustrating because we didn’t pull in on that side of the mailbox and didn’t think to put our keys in a mail box. But the lady was very nice and professional.

Amanda SEverything went well except for the pickup snd dropoff paperwork. The process technically was cumbersome and took too long. The data entry part was apparently not working too swift.

I dont know what happend but when I got there. my reservation was for a 15 ft truck. ?????. Yes. better than no truck. But with extra mileage and gas and fees from having to do an additional trip. Because of the truck being too small. I'm out of pocket an additional $100. Not cool.

ANDREW DI have no complaints about the location. However, I do have a general UHaul complaint. The dolly that I did not order and the huge bag of moving blankets that I did not order are stored in a truck taking up a bunch of valuable space that I paid for that I cannot use. Get this crap out of the truck! This is my space! The consumer shouldn't have to pay for your storage.

Tara HI’ve used this location before. Previous transactions as well as the pickup for this most recent rental have all been excellent and exceeded expectations. Drop off for this transaction is another story. I loaded the uhaul to take unneeded furniture to the dump several hours later. Upon arrival tot he dump, we noticed a sofa was soaking wet and the wall of the uhaul on one side was wet with several trails of water drips running down. No bid deal for my items since they are headed to the dump. I informed the lady who accepted my return of the uhaul, and took her inside and showed her the water. She said she’d inform her supervisor, but then she said “this truck is going out again at 9am tomorrow, so we will see if they say the same thing”. I was shocked! So the next customer could possibly be loading this uhaul with valuable items and this representative is aware that there’s a leak in the roof, and is okay not disclosing to a customer that their load may get water damage? If running a shady business like that is her desire, fine, but she probably shouldn’t be telling customers about it.
Cassandra RAlthough the location & service was great, our truck smelled so strongly of something like vomit or very very sour garbage that it was difficult to load without having to step out frequently for fresh air. I suspect that the previous user dripped garbage or something in it & then it sat in the heat. Whatever the reason, the site responsible for the truck should really go all the way into the truck to check this stuff, not just do a quick visual from outside. It was really bad.
