I made the reservation over the phone and online. Double checked and triple checked it was available and location was correct due to being Easter then we had to go to multiple locations to get a truck. Not happy

Not have to do everything twice. I entered my payment information when booking the reservation then had to enter my payment information again when picking up the truck. I pre-register my driver’s license and then had to do it again when picking up the truck. Also, my pickup location was changed after booking because of lack of availability, which I find it frustrating that I was able to pick the first location when a truck was not actually available.

Gas scam required credit card company intervention. Office isn't open listed hours. App doesn't work and no one there to check truck back in. Had to leave truck without closing out rental. Then got charged 6 gallons for 18 miles of driving without my sign-offs. Specifically rented truck when office was supposed to be open to avoid using garbage app. Arrived and signs everywhere stating app only access to the truck. Wasted time setting up app account when I should have been able to check-in in person and go. Bad app. Bad location. Bad location info. Bad customer service after the fact. Bad billing. Bad everything.
