The lady was so rude to me. When I arrived she came outside waving for me to park somewhere else and I told her I couldn’t do all of that bc I have to hurry back to work. Soon as I got out the truck to go return the keys the lady put up a sign basically saying she’s going to lunch and for me to use the drop box. I couldn’t wait to get her name.

DAVID ARented a truck. No keys were made available. Spent the first two hours of my rental period trying to get ahold of someone to help. Then when we did get help they fought us on all the fees charged for late pickup etc. after this move will NEVER rent from U-Haul again.

Kierra CEnsure that the staff is trained on what to do, as he stated he was not trained and did not know where the keys were. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get the keys to the truck and was not given the dolly I was charged for.

Aaron BI did not sign up to do a mobile pick up. There was little cell service which made it difficult for the pages to load, and the email with the instructions did not even direct me to the right part of the website to start the unlocking process. This is why i wanted to go to an actual Uhaul to pick up my stuff. Once we finally got the truck open, none of the equipment we rented (dolly and furniture pads) were in there, so we had to drive to an actual location ANYWAY. This is unacceptable and added a ,lot of time to a 600 mile move.

Dwan WThe woman at the facility checked the gas when I got there and after I left called me and said it was just a little below full when it was on full when she originally checked it and charged me $9.50 extra but the sale tax was $7.84 I would mind paying it if I didn’t put gas back in the uhaul right before I took it back and I didn’t have to move far 21 mile’s total round trip I guess they can do what they want to do I’d rate them at a 0 out of 10

Paul LTo process my total balance due, as well as a copy of the paid statement. I still have not received any communication regarding the amount I owed. There were two employees working the desk and neither of them knew how to process payment due invoice for final. I was told I would be notified by email and never received this email.
susan dCustomers should not have to pay 100 just to use a prepaid card especially when they have to wait at the most 5 days for the refund. If payment will process I see no reason for over charging especially when you all do not take cash.

rick cThé hand truck that I paid for was not in truck and I had to drive to another location that added mileage ate gas and got me off to a late start.
Robin FWe rented a uhaul truck and had an unpleasant situation arise. there was a padlock from a previous customer still on the truck. we did not realize this until we were already at our destination and were about to load up the truck. unfortunately, this was after hours and we could not get in touch with the right representative. we did not get use of the truck that day. I had to call out of work the next day and pay for a babysitter to bring the truck in while resolving the issue (the truck does not have a space for a car seat). Bianca was wonderful, as she helped us through this. she was very understanding and eager to make it right. Love her!!! she helped us figure out a solution we were happy with. The experience began poorly, but Bianca was able to turn things around. we will most definitely be returning customers (and check for padlocks next time). only suggestion I have is for the employees to evaluate the trucks a little better, so another customer doesn’t have to be inconvenienced by their error.
