Have more selection. There were only three extra large trucks. No small or trailers.

ALEXIS MThere was some confusion over our plans and contract was a one-way or round trip rental. The personnel in the national office took care of it for us however after the mistake was discovered by me upon arriving at our destination. It was resolved for us at that point.
JOE LDo not count on truckshare to work for you. The photo taking was cumbersome. And the entire online process was not user friendly.

Mark LThe rental was returned and i was told that nothing else was needed by staff. There were several attempts made to charge my card 3 different prices. I reached out to uhaul and nothing was seen in my contract that would require additional charges. They had no clue why it was happening. 😠
Christina BHard to find on gps. Google maps shows wrong place, drop box was slightly stuck and hard to open. Uhaul needs to specify that it is at the end of a plaza. Hard to tell.

Michelle PI made and confirmed a reservation for a truck and appliance dolly at the location closest to my home, before I went to location received text telling location changed. When I contacted new location they said they didn’t have truck to rent and sent me to another location 10 miles away They had truck but no appliance dolly. Why require and confirm reservations if you cannot for fill reservation.
