There seem to be a problem with your program for renting a dolly. You should really look into it. Even had trouble with the helpline. They couldn't answer the clerks question.GARY NATHAN P.
The lady that checked me in seemed to have no working knowledge of the pick-up process and even with simple questions the response was "here's a number to call." The person that attempted to hook the trailer up to the truck didn't even know how to do that. Staff were friendly but the whole process seemed to take longer then necessary.Matthew James B.

The online posed huge problems for me in identifying availability of equipment. It was a problem for the local staff. The process delayed my getting the trailer for more than an hour. The process should be more user friendly. This is not just at this location...there were identical connection problems with my other recent experience in March.Eli C.
