Very upset with virtual pickup the worst way of getting the truck when web site is not working right . I do not rent all the time but i will go some where else .as a essential worker i will never recommend virtual pickup Thanks Mark RundleMark R.

I reserved my truck a week in advance. I got a text two days before moving that my truck wouldn't be available at all, and that I'd have to get a truck in a different location and time. The women I called was a little sarcastic with me. She stated â€œNot to be funny but most people do this a month in advanced.â€ I'm sure she was right but it wasn't something I found funny at all 2 days before moving. She was a little better when I told her that I don't do this sort of thing every day and needed her help. When I picked up the truck, the man at the desk said to me â€œThat's a lot of truck, are you sure you'll be able to drive it?â€ I'm a female. I can't help but wonder it he would have said that if I were a man. The truck was dirty and the tail light was out. The person helping me drive was a professional truck driver. He couldn't risk getting a ticket and having it count on his record so we needed the light fixed. The location was unable to fix it. They sent us to a main location who also couldn't fix it due to not having the part. Finally the third location was able to fix it. This cost us at least extra hour of time on an already stressful day. I hate giving negative reviews and typically avoid them. I've used Uhaul before and I've never had any problems, but the experience wasn't great this time.Maelynn C.

Unable to mobile check in and out with Verizon Wireless service. Spent an hour trying to check in and longer to return the truck.Donald K.
Fix the UHaul website. I struggle with it every time I use it. The location I wanted to use apparently did not have the trailer I wanted so it diverted me to another near by location but it was NOT clear that it had. Couldn't find the drop off location I wanted. uhaul personnel in Whitesboro couldn't find it either. Great road Littleton ma?Lawrence J.
Though the trailer was old and dirty on the outside, it was clean inside and worked perfectly. The location was a bit remote, but the gentleman who helped me was very nice and professional.Daniel C.
Nothing really to improve. Pro auto is a locally respected auto repair shop and they handled the truck rental in the same manner they run the garage. Friendly, helpful and straightforward.Justin G.
