Took almost an hour to use app to get keys. App kicked me out multiple times. Extremely frustrating and I got charged for that hour. I had to rush to return truck within shortened time limit. Horrible experience.

Everything was mixed up !!! They said a car hauler and it was suppose to be a 6 X 12 trailer.. the price went from a quote of $172.00 to 294.00 and finally ended up at 195.00 . Then left me a message because they didn't have the plate number of my truck... This move was so stressful, next time, I will use a different company!!!!
