This is not a u haul location, it is a smoke shop with 2 trailers in the back yard, no help hooking or unhooking, she had to make a call just to ask how to rent it to us. Then we had to do a reservation online with our phones to complete the transaction.

I had reserved a 26' truck to pick up at 8:00 when the shop was supposed to open. When I arrived, there was only one Uhaul truck in the entire lot. This location did not have self-check key lock boxes. No one showed up until nearly 8:30. The person at the shop did not know how to process a Uhaul rental and actually had to call her mother (likely the smoke shop owner) to walk through the reservation over the phone. They only had 6 of the 36 moving blankets I had reserved. I had to go to another Uhaul location to get more blankets. The truck did not have working turn signals and the gas level did not match the contract.

The guy working the counter was very friendly and wanted to help in any way he could. He was great. The problem was that he didn't know what to do. Apparently their system wasn't set up yet with u-haul and it took forever for me to get my trailer. To be honest, the whole u-haul experience was terrible for me. This is the first time I've used u-haul and it will be the last. I had to drive an hour out of my way to get the trailer and then when I got there the guy didn't know what to do. He was great btw. There has to be a better way to keep customers happy and yall have failed at that. I wish you the best in the future.

Lady had no clue what she was doing. I thought it was policy for them to hook up trailers, she did not know plus was the only one working. I received a phone call a few days later asking if I had returned the trailer. I had it for less than 12hrs. Parking lot was difficult to back into also.
