No issues with the pick up. Ironically I did question the tire that eventually when flat. I asked the person connecting the trailer to my truck if the tires passed their inspection and she nodded yes.

RAVIER KIt was really complicated to get the key initially. Then it was writing really funny and the check engine light came on and I told the U-Haul people and they sent a guy out who told me there was nothing wrong with it but they continue to ride funny and the check engine light was still on. I didn't feel safe driving it. Then when it was returned they charged me like 500 something dollars so it's supposed to be 99 cent a mile but there's no way I went 500 miles... This is the worst experience in my life and now I'm in debt $500 when I didn't even drive it hardly cuz it was messed up. It even asked me to check the mileage when I first got in it so they're just guessing how many miles I drove it or whatever but I took a picture of the mileage on my own and there's no way that I did 500 miles I did maybe a hundred miles total so why am I being charged $500 it doesn't make sense after I had already paid $180 up front

Jaime CI never could get through with a live person. I had spoken to someone who left me on hold for over 40 minutes and than i still could not get thru properly. Than I got the run around two times. Finally my third time and over one hour wait time I got a decent person to speak to. When I dropped off the truck no one was available and there wasnt a proper drop box. I also did not get a receipt until over day later.

Jesse JThe truck was returned early, we had added more gas, no one was there so we dropped the truck and put the keys in the drop box. I was charged an extra 58.00, not the 20.00 that was listed in the documentation. All in all the trip was ok, the people that loaded and unloaded the truck were awesome, but there were glitches that need work.

George HThe lady that works the front desk is very rude. She had an attitude when I returned the vehicle for no reason but then when I addressed her on how rude she was being she walked off. She then returned and stated that she did not have an attitude but in the same sentence stated that she was acting that way because she wasnt feeling good. I stated to her that doesn’t give you a reason to be rude to your customers when they have not done anything to you to deserve it. She then charged me for insurance coverage after I specifically told her that I did not want the coverage. And instead of correcting the mistake she told me that I should have said something before I left the building. She then returned my money in cash but charged my card again after she gave me my receipt. This place is a joke. I will would never recommend this location to anyone…
