MICHAEL SThe keys were in the wrong lock box, but we were able to get them by asking the business owners for help. We got lucky because the business is normally closed on Saturdays. So that was a bit stressful but ending up working out. Was very easy to pick up and take once we got the keys. Also had to ask the business owners for the moving blankets I rented.

Andrew WThis was not our original pick-up location (1870 E Parrish Ave). I do not have all the reservation details any longer, but we reserved (in person), and had confirmed, a 10' truck for pick-up at 8:00 am on Friday, June 28 at the 2815 W Parrish Ave location. The original reservation was changed to 10:00 am and changed to a 15' truck (with an increase in price of the original reservation), neither change occurred with our authorization. The chance in location for pick-up was fortuitous. The lady at Professional Pool and Spa was a consummate professional and helped us get the altered details of our reservation sorted and corrected. Without her help and wonderful demeanor, I would have reported this incident officially to the Better Business Bureau. The equipment performed admirably during a long trip, and I am grateful for the maintenance shown toward your vehicles. Thomas MStaff are the most unfriendly. My pickup location got changed to somewhere else because there wasn’t a truck. Then I pick up the truck and they tell me they don’t have a utility dolly and that I’d have to go to the original pick up location to get the dolly which was across town. I get there, nobody is there. So In the end I never got the dolly.
Thomas RThe personnel were very kind and helpful. Nothing was wrong except the premises were more on the "unkempt" side of things than they were on the "spotless" side of things. At least the lady running this location was 100% U-Haul and was not an oh-by-the-way second fiddle business to a roofing business (like where I picked up the auto transport). The lady operating this location helped me park and unhook the auto transport. I still feel I am entitled to one-half off my bill (issue a credit to my credit card for what I had to endure at the pick-up location).

JOSEPH BLots of trash around the property. Old car sitting on lot (eye sore). Uhaul truck didn’t have items I paid for (no ramp, no furniture mover with wheels, and no furniture bump covers).

ROBERT SI tried to check in on line. However the online option couldn’t find my reservation to check in. Called your customer service only to be hung up on. Called back had to go through the automated process again. Spoke to a Stephanie Smith was kind and considerate but could not check me in on line. This is the 21st century why can you not call in and check in a reservation? So I had to leave work today for an hour to do that. I will not be renting from UHaul again.
ROBERT TTrain more people to handle the check in/out so it requires less time. But continue to be as friendly as you are, that makes it a pleasant experience.

Larry JCalled the 1-800 number for uhaul to ask about the trailer ball height and size. I asked them twice was it 2 5/16 and was told yes. Only to get to pickup trailer and had the wrong ball size. Luckily my buddies truck I borrowed had the correct size in his toolbox.

Monica HThis was absolutely the worst rental experience I have ever had. I set this rental up a month in advance and the day before I was to pick up my truck my reservation was changed 4 times. I was sent to another pickup location and as I was entering the parking lot the reservation expired. I waited hours and was on the phone trying to get it fixed and the person told me I would have to drive to another location to pick up a truck. This was BY FAR THE WORST rental experience I have ever had and I will NEVER rent from Uhaul ever again. I have rented from Uhaul on every move I have made since I was 18 years old and I am truly disappointed and saddened by this. Uhaul better get it together or they will be out of business if this is what people can expect to experience. WORST WORST WORST experience ever.
