It was quick and easy on the app
channing rThe guy wasn't there when I confirmed I would drop it off, didn't answer the phone, had to get the guy from the connected business to call him to come. He arrived and didn't help at all. Just said to leave the trailer over there and he would check it in later. Considering the unprofessionalism I had seen so far, I didn't trust that to happen and was afraid it would be considered a late return on me even though I dropped it off. He didn't help us get the trailer into place or help remove it from the hitch. I might as well have dropped it off not during business hours because he couldn't have been bothered to help (or to pull up his pants).

KATHLEEN WI will never rent from u haul again . I can’t believe I was charged twice on my credit card for charges I knew nothing about . Vehicle was cleaned and gases up when dropped off . It was a heck of a charge for just a 4hour rental. I feel I was ripped off and will never rent anything from u haul again
