I spent over w hours attempting to do th digital check in. I reserved 2 dollys and waited al.ost an hour to speak with someone because they weren't in the truck. Only to be told that location didn't have any dolly that I would need to drive to another location to see if they had any available. This pushed back my move significantly, which in turn resulted in and additional day being added to my final bill.
