the guy whom i rented from wasnt professional and couldnt find the product number for the trailer hitch that i needed to rent to pull the u- haul trailer he told me i had to buy it? i did get a refund minus 15 dollars tax later but u- haul never told me that if i return the trailer the same day at 55 bucks plus tax that if it isnt the exact same u- haul locatiom that i pay double retal even though its a u- haul dealer and it was in 1 business day? i have a car club with many members and they and my self will not rent from u- haul unless u- haul refunds me my 55 bucks that i deserve

I had originally rented the trailer from the Orleans location and did the on line check in a few days before the pick up date. When I got to the Orleans location, there was no trailer available. They should have told me a few days before. They found one trailer at the Rockland location and there, the service was great

The communication between the customer service and the location was bad. The location contacted yourncustomer service to inform them the key was ready for mobile pick up, so the agent decided to call me and inform me that they could.not reach the location and that i need to go to Orleans get the truck. So i called the location myself and inquired about it and he told.me that the keys are ready for the pick up in the box. And than he called the customer service and they sent me the update email that it was OK to pick up from.Rockland. the location in Rockland is great and conveneinet but the 2 agentd eho contacted me from.customer service do no know what they are doing obviously
