Tell customers if returning after hours to download the app and fill out return information before locking vehicle and dropping off key. I wasn’t able to upload a picture of mileage and fuel gauge. Not that big a deal. Employees were great, very friendly and helpful

Did not interact w/ personnel. Returned U-Haul on the same day, parked in front of the bldg. Missed closing time by mins., so returned key in the drop box which is convenient. I suggest the location closes at 5pm and not at 3:30pm.
