MELVIN JIf the drop off area could be made a little larger I think that would make the area more accessible.
MICHAEL NI had to use a push broom that they had sitting on the side of the building to shovel another customers way out so that they could get their box truck out before I could even have room to drop off the trailer. Also the parking lot is not set up well for returning anything towed.
BENJAMIN RThe trailer that I rented was old and hand many gouges in the floor. It was also missing a few tie down points inside the trailer. The attendant at the facility could not get the computer system to work so it took much longer than expected to find any reservation. When going to hook up the trailer, the attendant could not lift up the end of the trailer so I had to hook up the trailer myself which goes against every other time I have rented a trailer from U-Haul.
ANDREW FThey didn't have the truck we reserved and the worker kept asking if we had a reservation even after I showed her the reservation number and she showed me her screen that had my reservation on it! Then she stood around looking at us for a good 5 minutes before suggesting she could switch our reservation to a different truck that she did have. This took over an hour, putting us way behind schedule, and there was no discount for the lack of vehicle despite their reservation guarantee or any kind of apology for the inconvenience.
AUSTIN GThe cab of the truck had dog hair and dog food all over all over the floorboard and tray under the seats. When I mentioned this to the clerk, all he said was ok. Not pleased at all with this experience very happy with rental st all m.
THOMAS WThe pickup area was poor I thought because they had my email wrong couldn't fix it there on the spot and they did not go out and look at the truck or anything before I left I feel that they need to check it all out just in case there's something wrong or anything. Now as far as the drop off very pleasant people really like their attitude very nice and explain things completely and took care of my problem with my email great crew.
