The whole experience was terrible. The U-Haul location was locked out of the system. I had to go online, or down load an app, then I had to give you permission to use my camera on my iPad to to get the accept button to work, which took awhile to figure out. Then online it said I was at the wrong location for pick up when I wasn’t. Also,, maps on my phone took me to a house one street over, which the resident said he was not U-Haul. Then the lady on the phone which sounded so ghetto, tried to say I wasn’t where I said I was, even though I let her talk to the manager. Eventually the location did an over ride, and just gave me the truck. Took an hour and a half, which was time lost, which pushed me into loading in the rain. The way U-Haul has set things up, I don’t think I will ever use U-Haul again. Why do you need access to my phones camera just to rent a truck? The guy at the physical location was amazing to help me, but had no idea how to get through the problems, accept, skip them and just give the truck. I am sorry but never never again.

Charged me for fuel, incorrectly noted the tank at 1/8 on return (after I dropped off the truck and left) when I returned it at 1/4 tank, the exact amount in the tank when I received the vehicle (which was also annoying). Can’t call and complain because the number goes right to a full mailbox that can’t receive messages.
Sean AWe were charged ins that we were not told about and a $20 fee for after hours drop off. We were told that it was a mistake and they would return that however 3 weeks later and they haven’t. We were told $138 for rental plus an estimated mileage. We drove move do it should have been $49 extra but it was over $100 extra with the fees we were not told about. Funny thing is she told us how to drop and lock the truck after we were done. It is ridiculous to be charged $15 for safe move insurance plus $20 after hours drop off. I would not use this location again. I rented a truck 1 way from Michigan for $100 more than this for 1/2 a day driving a little over 100 miles
