They charged me for damage coverage that they could not remove. I was given a district manager phone number I was told to call and she could have it removed. After almost 2 weeks and leaving messages to call me back, Laney picked up the phone and said I would be given the credit within 3-5 business days. After waiting another week, no credit was issued. I then contacted U-Haul through the online chat to resolve this issue and it was taken care of and they were very nice dealing with on this matter. I will return to use U-Haul in the future as a result of the customer service I was given online, but will not return to the location I used.
