TIMOTHY WThere’s no need for the agent at this location to speak to a customer with disrespect because the customer didn’t know specifically where to park. Not professional in the slightest bit. I initially needed the equipment for 2 days but due to the agent at this location disrespecting me, I returned the equipment which he claimed was his when in fact the equipment belongs to a company.

STEVIE FAdd some additional lighting outside where the trucks are returned to. It’s very dark when returning after hours.
KAITLYN BFix the door closed/open warnings on the van, keep window washer fluid in van full and properly keep front tires inflated.

tina kThe guy at Puffs-A-Lot was great. He got me going very quickly, and when I returned the trailer, he met me outside and I was out of there in like 3 minutes. Plus, I had never been in a vape shop before.
Bryan MThis place is a vape shop that rents out u-haul trucks and trailers. Even though I returned the tree during posted hours of operation the agent was nowhere to be seen. I returned the trailer at 1:30 pm on Tuesday and called it in to U-Haul the receipt says it wasn’t returned until after 9am on Wednesday.
Jerry WRenting a Truck with mobile pickup and dropoff was a bad experience. 1. During mobile pickup, for a problem I was trying to solve, I got transferred to three different Uhaul departments. 2. Truck had the wrong equipment. A new location Uhaul made a reservation at, did not have the equipment when I showed up. I had to go to a third location. 3. During after hours dropoff, the mobile process kicked me out without warning.

catherine wClean the vehicle completely for the next customer. The windshield was difficult to see out of due to bug debris. Dog hair in the cab area. Appears to be egg smear on the driver's side that had to be cleaned off before return.

Deborah II was over charged and im going to my bank in the morning and press it in any way i can i told the guy to not take more money off my card at that moment and he did it anyways he tried charging me for insurance also when i tols him i never said i wanted it and i have an witness for all these allegations im making you will hear from my bank soon he has my card on file so im canceling it in the morning terrible experience
