Stanley MFenders were dented. One of the straps was torn and too short to use. Showed up and waited 45 minutes for them to open (even though I showed up more than 1 hour after their posted opening time)

Oral PThe location where I picked up the uhaul was completely insane. When I arrived, I was unsure if it was even the correct location. It was totally unlabeled, and when I approached the people who were there they spoke no English. One guy who was trying to talk to me showed me a number on his phone who I guessed I needed to call. I called the number he gave me and was told "Yeah is this Lennart? I'll be there in 15 minutes I was doing an oil change." I then proceeded to wait 30 minutes and after waiting for them to pull 2 cars out of the lot I finally received the uhaul and was allowed to leave.
Lennart DPersonal there get mad when I arrived because they had to move cars. and the mechanic guy was with a very bad actitud and told me they not going to help with trailer that im supposed to do it with I don’t mind doing it but he was so mean

Edder AMy issue was not with the location but with u haul customer service, I rented the truck for 2 hours. In which 1 hour was completely lost in wait time trying to get support on the phone. With customer support, I waited to get a representative which then transfer me and the wait time for that was upwards of thirty minutes if not more. Once my reservation was added to my profile, I tried using the app again and it was laggy. I could not submit the pictures that was asked from me and it was Kicking me out from the system regularly. Again I paid two hours with one of those been completely used just getting in contact with customer service, so they could give me the right tools to get in the truck. I just want to reiterate that my issues are none at all with the rental location nor the equipment, It was more the fact that 1. I could not get in touch with somebody that could give me the right tools in a promptly manner. And 2 with the app been completely dysfunctional at times.

HOUNDRY ONo moving blankets (charged by uhaul). Bottle with urine in trailer. Uhaul substituted equipment and location 2 days before move. Charged for larger equipment.

Eric BEmploy a representative that has some sort of customer service experience and who can answer any questions that customers may have. The representative, Percy Chance, that was at the location did not communicate well at all and did not explain that I would be charged an additional fee if the rental was not returned at 9am sharp. I would have explained to him that was not possible and probably would have canceled my reservation right then and there. He was very unprofessional and should not be representing anyone. unfortunately I will NEVER utilize U-Haul services again.

HECTOR VI receive the uhaul with less gas , and still have was charge almost $100 . That’s absolutely insane.
Aubrey RYou need to communicate to people in advance about truck rental pick up/drop off changes and determine if they are okay with it the change it was a major inconvenience for me to have to drive 20 mins to pick up the truck and then drive it back to Willingboro this added 13 additional miles to my rental causing overages.
