The inside of the U-Haul where you put your stuff so the box truck part not the cab it looked like somebody had spilled something all over it on the inside and they rented it to me like that. I did not appreciate having to check myself out and check myself back in and also they did not want to complete the check-in while I was there because it's a gas station and they wanted me to wait behind everybody else when I was first.. they did not know what they were doing. They made two reservations so I had to call and fix that.. of course I put too much gas in it so I didn't get my money back on that either. I definitely did not appreciate having to go out and take my own pictures and walk around and I think that's your guys's job and you should be doing that especially since prices have gone up but you want us to do our own customer service.

Although I say equipment was clean, the engine sounded very rough and the blinkers sometimes seem to have a delayed start. The overall experience was good and I would use them again.

They did not tell me that they would be charging gas.So I spent my own money putting gas back into it, and still got a gas charge that they said that they could not take away. I took a picture of my miles before and after and they quoted me for more miles than I drove and also said that they could not change it. Feel like I got scammed and overcharged

I’m not sure you could really improve on your system. It worked great. The van was clean and fueled ran well. I had no trouble. It didn’t take much fuel to refill it which I appreciate it and the location was great. Pick up and drop off at the same location worked well for me thanks u haul !

Lot is a tight space, recommend backing vehicles in to drive out rather than backing out of parking spaces

It’s in a liquor store, strangest rental truck experience I’ve ever had, won’t do that again

The employees never left their store when I picked up the trailer- I had to move load and lock the trailer myself - no one to help test lights etc. turns out bulbs were burned out which should have been detected before I left. Employees didn’t check the trailer when I returned also - never opened to see if it was clean - no help unlocking and moving it when I took it off the hitch.

The truck had mortar or drywall dust all over the floor and I had to clean it before I loaded it.
