The clerk didn’t know what he was doing. There was a language barrier. He told me there was no option for tax exemption. He said I couldn’t have a receipt because he added three additional charges. He called some guy named Ryan who also added charges that were erroneous. I had to call Ryan back who took over 30 minutes to issue a refund. The location appears to attract unhoused persons so it smells & doesn’t feel safe. Uhaul recommended this “new” location. I would NEVER use this place again.
