they automatically charged me for insurance, even though I did not require it, and I used 1 gallon of gas, and they automatically charged me $7.00 for it without letting me know I had to refill the 1 gallon....this is not an authorized U-haul dealer, and I would not use them again Authorized dealers value their customers, and I use them ALL the time...this location is not one I will use again.CAROLDEAN R.

The truck was returned late so I had to wait an hour until the store was open to start the process. It was not the fault of the actual store itself so I do not want them to suffer, but this was not a great experience for me.Paige S.
I did not schedule pic up at this location and was told I had to go here to get my truck. This location was nearly an hour away - compared to the five minute drive to the location I scheduled. I had loaders waiting due to the additional time of driving to the new pick up location and lost an hours worth of time and had to pay them an extra $100... I would like to be compensated for this loss of time, not to mention my time and the gas I spent to get there...CHRISTOPHER W.

The truck did not have any trash in it but it was very dusty and had a dirty floor. The process of renting via mobile app was great. Still waiting to hear back about a cleaning fee I was charged for no reason.Aixa D.
Whoever disclosed our truck drop off from the person I was fleeing from should be locked up. She now knows what State I'm living in. I guess when I flea again ill make sure to provide the court documents showing my location should never be shared. Your reptesentative was beyond excellent and made it easy to rent the van. The communication from her when I called first, and customer service when I arrived at her office in person to rent the truck was just exceptional. Everything was very easy due to her help and instructions. I was blown away by her assistance and help with the rental process. Thank you. Put more money and time in to maintenance of your vehicles. Also update website to properly state weather or not a vehicle will be available for pick up. I wanted a van the website said my first pick up site had one. I get a call about an hour later stating that not the case. after i made my reservation. So i have to get a 10' truck. then i get a text about another hour later stating my first pick up site doesn't do after hours pick up, even though your website makes it seem that way. So I have to now change my plans and times to make sure i have can move properly. I hope you are able to fix you system.Johann D.

The vehicle had every light on imaginable. Check engine light was on which means it automatically wastes more gas. Air was low on tires. Had to put air in tires myself to not get a flat. Car smelled like cigarettes so bad I got a headache while driving 10 miles. Business Owner was never at the place of business for any help or assistance. He has a sign on the door to call if you need help. You should do business with business owners that don't even open their shop! I use Uhaul every time I move, never was displeased or had a problem. This rental, however, was a nightmare. I don't feel like I should have been charged but I did use the truck so I didn't ask for a refund. Seriously, pull your conttact drom this person. They are giving Uhaul a really bad image.Carla L.

They charged $10 for cleaning. I left it CLEAN. Swept out and washed out the bed of the pickup with a hose. Absolutely no justification for the charge, and I would like it refunded. Thank youKevin N.
