The lady Emily was very rude and not accommodating ! When asking her question about the U-Haul policy and things that I needed assistance with she was aggravated as if she didn’t want to answer them. She then tried to put an additional $50 charge on my card. When asking the guy that was very helpful about it he said Emily said to but couldn’t give no explanation as to why they was charging my card. I will never rent from there again!!!
