Everything was fine. except for when I returned the truck! they told me they had customers and couldn't do the intake to just leave the keys. I replied with I am a customer and will need confirmation. I told the location that I needed confirmation I have returned the truck and one of the guys was really rude to me. Will not be going back there to rent a truck.

Make sure back of truck is clean. And get rid of the homeless folks behind the store. Somebody might get mugged when dropping of the truck behind the store. The attendant was cool inside the store.

blount jI got the truck and it was disgustingly dirty. The floors weren’t cleaned, it was chocolate or what I hope was chocolate all dash and cup holders. My drop off time was 3pm, I arrived about 13 minutes late due to traffic and he tried to charge me for a full 24 hours. I will NEVER recommend that U-Haul again
Miki BI rate this location with 1 star only because 0 stars is unavailable. A dark, scary, location with almost o signage, no directions, and no business name. No key-drop off box. The neighborhood was very sketchy and scary, we were stunned that uHaul actually uses this location. Made us reaches whether to ever use uhaul again.
