Don't use them as a pick up spot . They did not communicate anything with me the guy was on his phone with his girl half the time and I was just standing ther waiting and he told me nothing about hours and now is trying to charge me 338.00 when I paid 125.00 and put 60 in gas .. the app said I could have the truck for 2 days and 122 miles then he tells me 50 miles and that's all he said.. I will never use again

Don't try to make me pick up a truck that's over half an hour away from my original location. You guys completely screwed me and wasted my time and money since the movers couldn't do anything without a truck. I hate U-Haul and may never use it again after this experience. I should get my money back for how this company treated me

I drove the truck for 10 miles, got charged for 4 gallons of gas. The gas gauge never moved. I got charged for 4 gallons of gas. The 26 extra dollars for gas was bs. The truck I'm sure doesn't get 2 gallons per mile. The difference from the site to the house was 4 miles and to storage was a block away. I literally drove the truck back and forth to site only. I'll never use you again for the extra charges.

I did not schedule this location for a pick-up Location. I received a notification from U-Haul that my location was moved to Marcus Hook the day prior to pick up. This was a location that was approximately 10 miles out of my way. When I arrived and tried to do the 24/7 pick up, I was unable to do so electronicallY and the message stated that I had to wait until noon to pick up. I called the 800 number for U-Haul and spoke with three different people none of whom were able to help me. I told the last representative that this was very disappointing and I hoped that she told her supervisors for the dilemma. My friend who drove me to the location stated that he thought the store was open and he tried the door. He was we were able to get inside. We asked the attendant inside if we were able to get our truck. He said that he could release the truck to us however they did not have the moving pads or the handtruck that I had also ordered. The representative inside the store did take these charges off but U-Haul should not have allowed me to purchase items that were not available. not having the use of the handtruck stalled our move and we were not able to pack and unpack efficiently. Additionally the representative inside of the store then told us that our return location had been changed also. Explain this was not his fault and that it had to do with the weekend and having to turn in so many trucks over the weekends time. The location he gave us was an additional 20 miles away from where we had originally asked to return the truck. Thankfully I was able to call another representative on the 800 number and she graciously change the location back to the Odenton office which was just a mile or two from our Ending location.
