I am disappointed with my recent uhaul experience. I ordered a 10 ft. truck. That would have been too big for the amount of furniture I was moving. My car wouldn't haul the big trailer, so I had to go with the 10 ft. I understand that you can and do change the truck size due to availability. There is also a sentence that says if the truck is not available, I would receive a call by 6 pm the next day. My truck size was changed to a 15 ft. and I was never notified. I called multiple times and one call was answered with the gentlemen telling me he would call back which never happened. The rest of the calls went unanswered. I drove to the location, and the office was closed. The store next store said they were only there when they got a truck rental. Fine, then answer your phone. I talked to the main U-Haul customer service rep., not helpful. Rude. Normal for today customer service. I won't rent from U-Haul again. Do what you say you are going to do and do it. And answer your phone! Moving is stressful enough without having to worry if you are really going to have a moving truck on moving day.

Cleanest, best Uhaul truck I have ever rented.
OSCAR ROnly truck there. Everything done in parking lot on our phones. No presence of moving supplies at all - dolly, blankets, etc. The gentleman who helped me was very good to work with and very helpful. But the location left a lot to be desired. Also it was not the closest U-Haul facility to our home - far from it.
