The drop off site was not prepared to receive the equipment, the staff did not know what she was doing regarding unhooking the trailer, and was not personable. Processing the closing paperwork she was equally clueless, which also cost me money because I was charged for under fueling, when I know the tank was exactly where it was when I picked it up. This person was hard to deal with. Not a good representative of UHaul.

The U-Haul representative was not present for my reservation. Another staff member at the hotel stated he would arrive in a half an hour. He then lied and said he couldn't reach him, but called him a few minutes later. I was eventually able to check myself in using the app and the non-uhaul staff member was able to locate the keys to my truck so I could get on the road. If I had the choice, I would rent from another location. The non-uhaul staff member didn't have much empathy for my situation.

jody lTook 40 mins for the lady to process my information. She was not trained properly and had to make two phone calls to corporate. Also she did the whole process on her own personal cell phone including taking a pic of my CC I would avoid this location at all cost and hext time I wil pay the extra for a different company
