Employee should be on time to be at work. I had employees I had standing around waiting, costing me money and time because he was late. The truck had 1/4 of tank of gas, I left it with a small amount more I was charged for a one gallon. Just a little less than $3. He never checked when I was there. But I think how much money U Hall would get if this was done to everybody. Millions.

This is not a problem with the location but the odometer was off and when I corrected it in the app it refused to take the corrected picture of the odometer. I was charged extra for something I didn't drive. The location was convenient and the owner was very nice and helpful. Uhaul needs to fix their app..

Larry BService was excellent, my only issue was when I tried to return the truck box, the app was confusing and would let me finish, it took me almost 40 minutes trying to do it but took me over and over to watch the same videos and won’t let me go further. Finally I have to call their 800 number where Kayla finally helped to do it over the phone. She was absolutely caring, kind and knowledgeable. Definitely, I highly recommend this business.

Carla PSelected the dolly at my reservation online and was charged at the desk. I had to return to the office due to no dolly actually being available and was only told at that time they did not carry them. I had to wait for the refund and I didn’t leave until much later than my original rental period started. The rental period did not reschedule for the delay I experienced waiting for the refund. When I arrived at the office I was told I could not rent the truck one way after I had already confirmed on the website the truck was available one way. I then had to check in online while at the desk to get the rental one way. I was told they couldn’t do this directly themselves. My phone did not work on the website to take my photo and my DL photo. I had to call my wife back who had dropped me off earlier to use her phone as the store clerk could not check me in directly. The clerk had to go to the back room several times to consult with the manager who would not come out to help this apparently inexperienced person working the front desk. When I continued checking in on my phone I noticed there fuel was lower than stated and the mileage was higher. Again, my phone would not take a photo using the uhaul website feature as required to document the discrepancy. When I dropped off the truck I was charged and extra ~$8 for exceeding the mileage

I wanted a refund for those items because they were not in my truck that I rented but the best that could be done was to go out to my way to pick them up from some far off location when I didn’t have time. The lockbox was difficult to open. The truck itself was so poorly maintained the steering wheel was sideways. Absolutely terrible experience. And I never complain about anything typically.

Devon TThe van I rented was full of trash. Water bottles were behind and under the seats and the van was dirty inside. More concerning, the right front tire was at 32 pounds while the other three were 54. I had to stop and put air in the tires. The employee was aware of the low pressure, and was surprised when I told him I had to stop and air it up. This is a safety concern and should have been addressed or at least disclosed. I'm glad I was paying attention to the instrument cluster before driving on the freeway with my son in the van with me, and risk a blowout. It also indicated on the instrument cluster that the vehicle needed an oil change.
