How about printing the receipt large enough to read , how about being able to enlarge it without having to print it out so you can actually read it ? Any dispute can't be addressed without printing it out ! It's totally ridiculous not being able to read it like you print it out I'm sure you can allow it to be printed out in either way then needing a magnifier in some way ! , at least have the ability to print it out on paper so it can be able to read the damn thing , they use to do that when you returned the vehicle and this is beyond unacceptable because I can't see the particular charges/ costs , it's just bad business to leave it up to the customer to do ! It might have eliminated your need for paper but. Come on man , it's just not right way to make it the customers ability to do the job you should provide a bill the customer can actually be able to see !

Took 45 minutes to rent a truck I had fully made the reservation online. He didn't know how to do the paperwork, kept answering phones and ignoring my transaction, had no idea if I could drop it closer to where I originally reserved it (uhaul changed my reservation to a location 5 miles away costing me 10 more miles). I lost almost a full hour at this location.
