Staff person at this location seemed comfortable enough with the rental process, but my rental had been mixed up with someone else's, and it look a very long time to get things sorted out--a full half hour, with the staff person on the phone with a boss/owner much of that time. In the end, the contract I was given didn't reflect the terms that I'd been offered when U-Haul bumped my rental up to a slightly larger vehicle the day before the rental. I had been promised that I'd be charged the lower per km rate, but on the day the contract showed the higher rate. I asked the staff person about this and showed him the original contract. When he checked the vehicle's mileage and calculated the final charge, he still used the higher rate. He also made no mention of a $25 voucher I'd been promised by the U-Haul rep who called the day before. I paid the charge and then called U-Haul on the first business day after the weekend. Thankfully, the U-Haul rep I spoke with was very helpful, apologetic, and quick to rectify the rental according to the original rental quote and the voucher.

I had a much better experience at this location than the previous one i have dealt at 2459 princess st. The staff at this location were much friendlier and more helpful and it fidnt feel like they were purposefully trying to waste my time like it did at the princess st location.
Corigan FWe were very disappointed to find that, although we rented our van at the Hwy #15 location, we had to both pick it up and return it to a downtown location. We deliberately rented at the Hwy #15 location because it is directly across the road from our end destination. Being required to pick up the van and return it to the downtown location added an extra 15 miles to our travel charge. I'm not sure why you would have an outlet that does not have product at the contracted time.
GEORGE LOverall I have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. Although it was a little rough to start because the agents pos for U-Haul was not working or set up properly they were very accommodating and we got the deposit paid. Customer service was a 10/10 the only negative thing I would have to say is that the truck was not swept out from the previous renter and the agent did not take the time to do a walk around the truck with me. Otherwise it was an excellent experience far better than the last time I rented with U-Haul and would 100% rent from this location again. For a new agent they did excellent!
