I had a much better experience at this location than the previous one i have dealt at 2459 princess st. The staff at this location were much friendlier and more helpful and it fidnt feel like they were purposefully trying to waste my time like it did at the princess st location.

We were very disappointed to find that, although we rented our van at the Hwy #15 location, we had to both pick it up and return it to a downtown location. We deliberately rented at the Hwy #15 location because it is directly across the road from our end destination. Being required to pick up the van and return it to the downtown location added an extra 15 miles to our travel charge. I'm not sure why you would have an outlet that does not have product at the contracted time.
GEORGE LOverall I have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. Although it was a little rough to start because the agents pos for U-Haul was not working or set up properly they were very accommodating and we got the deposit paid. Customer service was a 10/10 the only negative thing I would have to say is that the truck was not swept out from the previous renter and the agent did not take the time to do a walk around the truck with me. Otherwise it was an excellent experience far better than the last time I rented with U-Haul and would 100% rent from this location again. For a new agent they did excellent!
