Had to drive over 30 miles one way to get this truck. I would say it was sort of clean. I just took pictures so I wouldn't get charged for dirt on the inside of cab. It was really a convenience store that does UHaul on the side.Kimberly H.

There was trash in trailer. I left it there when I returned it. The lady just said for me to take a picture of my hook up and send it to her. I had no idea how to hook up a trailer. I drove to another uhaul site for them to hook up properly.Kerry S.

The truck that i rented, needs to be taken to a junk yard or sold for parts. It is extremely dangerous and puts people life at risk. It left me on the side of hte road stranded for over an hour waiting for roadside assistance, who also never showed up.Samantha H.
Make sure your equipment is functioning before you rent it out. Also having an employee to assist with installing all rental equipment wouldn't hurt.Monica S.

No one to help hitch up trailer or verify it was safely attached. When returning again no one to help unhitch and the hitch would not come off . Answer always was lets wait of another customer to come into the store and maybe we can get them to help you. How is Uhaul not resonsible for customer injury hitching up themself and also for safety of the hitch ?Milo R.

The person did not know how to complete the online form, took at least 20 minutes. The trailer was extremely heavy (at the tongue) & did not have anyone to help hitch the trailer to my truck, had to get a customer to help.david M.
All business was taken care of through the use of the business's speaker phone. I had already placed a reservation online but when I got here, I had to answer a number of questions including giving my credit card number and the expiration number out loud where anyone in the store could have heard it. I also didn't receive the 2 dozen furniture pads and went back in the store to ask about them. The woman I talked to over the â€œspeaker phoneâ€ AGAIN said they didn't have them on the reservation but said she would be sure to tell whoever not to charge me for them. When I got to the dropoff, the furniture pads were still on the bill. I know U-Haul can do better than this.Mark A.
