This location was perfect. The other location I had did not even have a way that I could drop the truck off or get into the company’s gate.

George MRental was confirmed for pickup at 7am. Sent to a location that didn't open until 8am and even then, was 20 min late opening that day. Started moving day late and had people waiting to load. Was asked to take a trailer to the drop off location for additional compensation. Did so and still haven't received it. Called to ask who to speak to only to get transferred or told the wrong info. As of this review, no resolution has been made. Horrible experience and will NOT use or recommend UHAUL again.

Karen BThis location doubled as a gas station. I entered the location and did not see any other U-Haul equipment. I wasn't even sure I was at the correct location. So I called on the phone. A woman answered with a heavy accent. I could not understand her and where she wanted me to park the tow dolly. I hung up and entered the store to get specific instructions. I dropped the equipment where instructed. I expected a U-Haul representative to meet me at my truck to inspect the equipment for damage and document it on behalf of U-Haul. I also expected the representative to ask for a critique on the equipment. I never received a receipt for the return of the rental. I was so frustrated I called U-Haul 1-800 number and explained all my frustrations with this location and also gave them a critique on the equipment. The representative at 1-800 was very professional and handled all my concerns.

On my return date the worker at the location didn’t know how to assist me with my return, he said he didn’t know the he process that his son or wife which wasn’t at location had to assist me. He wrote down the time I return the. Van and told me his wife or son will take of it. My husband felt this was unacceptable and told him we were uncomfortable just leaving the van without a receipt, the worker give me his son number to call him, I explained we were there to drop off the van and his father couldn’t assist us.The son said he would takecare of it in the morning. This was very unprofessional..
Carolyn DAbsolutely not if this location is a representation of U-Haul it is not well represented I reserved a vehicle for 4 hours returned earlier than expected but was directed to add more gas which after going 2 miles the gas hand moved which I cannot attribute to the location but upon my return as stated I was directed to get more gas I had a prior engagement so I handled my matter and returned at 1040 2 hours before my scheduled return to put gas in I had 4 missed calls and when I did answer I was addressed disrespectfully by stating I was holding up another customer my question is if I have the vehicle reserved until 1230 and it is not even 11 who could I be holding up. The clerk was rude and the other store personnel was discussing me with a disrespectful customer who referred to me as “attitude “ all over my face. Again if this location is a representation of U-Haul very poor and very unprofessional never got an apology.

Nicole BI had an online reservation. We arrived on time and the guy at the store was not able to handle the transaction. He had to call 2 other employees to handle it. It took about 45 minutes to check out. The phone employees required 2 additional phone numbers to secure the already secured reservation. At the end, I was charged almost $5/gallon for extra gas. It was a totally, stressful incident and I will never return to this location.
Nancy SHow about not sending a location to me that says to drop off and when I go drop off the lady had the nerve to smile and lie to my face saying they don't do uhuals anymore and told me to call the uhual so I called the number from the email I got from uhual and guess who's phone ringged while I was in the gas station in Dalton ga. Her phone was ringing and I looked at her and asked her to stop her shit. And she smile and was nervous trying to come up with excuses to get me to drop of at a different location. I took all pictures and videos and recorded her talking to me and on the phone with someone who works with her. And I recorded her taking the key. I'd like to contact the supervisor of uhual or someone that's above this lady so I can make a report against her and will be sending my proof

Betty HThe service at this location was not very good. No assistance connecting the trailer and the place was closed when I returned the trailer. They had a sign that said they would be back at 3:00 PM. Nobody showed up until 3:10 PM. I will use a different location in the future.

CALVIN WThe truck was clean and no problems with it, however the lady that rented us the truck sent us a receipt for $98.82 but $235.47 so we called her she claimed that she couldn’t find us and we sent her a copy of the receipt and she said she would call us back and still has not called.
SHANNON SThe U-Haul dealer I normally rent from (12-16 times a year) did NOT have the truck size I needed. I GREATLY APPRECIATE the regional U-Haul office re-directing me to Quick Check. Also, when Quick Check STILL did not have the size I needed (10 ft), they rented me the next larger size (15 ft) at the rate of the smaller truck. I greatly appreciate these efforts to take care of the customer, and this reinforces why I should continue bringing my business to U-Haul. By the way, the inside of the truck was dirty and needed sweeping, especially up on the ledge right behind the cab. I cleaned the truck after I finished using it and returned it cleaner than I received it.

Mary KCustomer service was horrible. The Rep made me wait 3 customers before waiting on me and only after I said what about me. No hello or thank you. Went to return the truck about 2 hours later and the store was closed so I dropped key into drop box. The day after I get a Did not Return email from Uhaul. I returned to the store and they never checked truck back in. Terrible customer service. They should not own a store or Uhaul period. I will never visit that store for anything. Made me feel like a 3rd class citizen.

Brysen WHave gas in the truck. But I was given a discount with the understanding that if I left more gas in it - I would get another price adjustment. I returned it with 1/4 tank of gas and so far no reimbursement. I would have hope the adjustment would have been handled immeaditely. They were sure able to charge me an extra $3 for going slightly over on miles!
David THonestly it seems they really dont care they just want the extra money and its a side business. They dont walk out and make sure the truck looks good. She put I had 1/4 gas but it was really 1/8, she didnt know cause she didnt walk out.

I drove 5 miles there then another 3 down the road just to get a car hauler- which they didn't have. The worst experience I've had with U-Haul.

Denise HOf all the locations which are awkward to access with a large truck or trailer, this was certainly one of the worst. The useless, thieving pajeets that run the bodega at this franchise location, known as Quick Check in Centerville, GA were the least helpful, least knowledgeable couple I have ever encountered; not only was the trailer that I had reserved NOT present when I arrived to pick it up, which I was able to ascertain visually, but I had received no notification from them that this was the case. The lazy imbecile who was the proprietor behind the counter, professed ignorance of any rentals, and insisted that his wife handled all of that. She was not present, and a conversation was had between the two via speakerphone babblings. He assured me it would arrive soon and that they would call me when it did. When it did finally arrive, they called me during dinner with my family to inform me that I had to get it before 8:45, because they close unusually early. This meant I had to leave during my last dinner with my family to go pick it up at a time that I had not specified in order to not inconvenience THEM. When I arrived, the husband, who lounges behind the counter, was of no use at all; everything is handled by his wife via her phone. When she finally deigned to make an appearance, she had no earthly clue of how anything worked, and was decidedly less than helpful with helping me secure the $50 rebate offered by U-Haul for missed rental reservations. Upon my returning the trailer, which had lighting issues that were pointed out to me by a very friendly Kansas Highway patrolman, of which I had to remedy myself, there was nobody there to meet me, even though I had returned the trailer before my appointed time. I went inside, and found that same obese dimwit in his usual location, and again, he had no earthly clue as to where his wife was; I would suspect infidelity, but I doubt anyone else would have her. Instead of being of any value to myself, the customer, this nincompoop wrote down my name (only my first name, which he spelled incorrectly, even though it has been a common name in the West for over 2000 years) and my phone number, as well as the approximate time that I arrived, albeit several minutes after I had actually arrived, it was before it was due, so that seemed acceptable, as I had a dinner engagement with my family. This morning, however, I received a receipt from U-Haul, not for the 12 days I had rented the trailer, but for 13 billable periods, which means that the trailer is, in fact, mine to use at this very moment, even though I painstakingly and hurriedly unloaded it yesterday in order to return it on time! This lazy, stupid, hideous woman didn't bother to log-in my return until 52 minutes after it was returned, which was 26 minutes after it was due. Her imbecilic husband either didn't tell her that it had arrived, or she never bothered to check it in, but I'm now writing this as a pastime while I wait for someone competent at U-Haul to call me back to clear this up, since, again, I called these pajeets, and they were less than useless.
