The floor had not been swept. I was told that they had no furniture pads. So I went to another local U-Haul location down the road and rented a dozen. Lo and behold, when I opened the back door, there were ALREADY a dozen or more pads in the truck! So I wouldn't have needed to stop at the other location. Also, two messages continued to show up through-out the trip: "hill start assist is not available" and "and service advance trac". When I called U-Haul customer service (and they always answered promptly) they told me to keep on driving and not to worry. However, the cruise control seldom worked - probably connected o the 'service advance trac'. As most of my 2000 miles was on interstate or low traffic roads, this was a nuisance to say the least.

Kevin BTruck cab and box were dirty upon pickup. Nothing preventing me from getting it though, but some places would have tried to charge me upon return so I took pictures and video at pickup. I only took the uhaul 11 miles round trip, but I did sweep out the box upon return. I did not clean the cab, but they did not say anything about it upon dropoff. Overall no complaints.

Daniel GThis place has ZERO business renting U-Hauls to people. The girl didn’t know how to process the pick up and the people that were supposed to help her do them didn’t bother to take her call. She was rude about it to us and told me to just “pay it and call the help line so you can go”. They also were supposed to give us a dolly we paid for and didn’t put it in the truck. There are multiple U-Haul places in Gainesville. Save yourself a headache and rent elsewhere.
LAURYN BI feel like I was stolen from by Uhaul. This place said the truck had half a taNk of gas and did not let me verify before signing. It only had 3/8. I have a picture of the gauge and I sent it to you but you still only refunded half of what you stole from me. I will NEVER USE YOU AGAIN AND I WILL BE WRITING THIS IN A GOOGLE REVIEW FOR ALL TO KNOW YOU ARE THIEVES!!!!!
Tonya PChaotic check in between convenience store customers. Told attendant address of where I would be dropping off. Got a call when trying to return that we would need to return 30 miles away. Charged me for the overage despite reassurances that I would not be penalized.
